Business Class
Southwest is having increasingly more difficulty being on time. And they are not putting in the same effort to fix their on going tardiness. I am switching to another airline for primary business travel as I simply cannot continue to be late for meetings. If more of us take our business elsewhere Southwest will be cured of their cavalier attitude. EDITORS COMMENT: Good idea!
