After waiting for an outbound flight delayed by 12 hours, the flight was cancelled without explanation. Frontier said they would reimburse up to 550.00 towards another ticket/carrier. My last minute ticket and only option out that night was almost 700. Afterward I submitted required "paperwork." After not receiving the check. They "mailed it to a wrong address." A few weeks later I followed up again to determine the whereabouts of the reimbursement check. Between 2 different back to back phone calls to them, I was on hold LITERALLY for over 5 hours, only to be told the check in question was mobile deposited to an bank that by the way I do not have an account with. They told me that they had done their part and will not be reissuing another check. I followed their rules - but they WILL NOT follow their own rules.
