Air Canada review by Mike 2017-02-17

AC used to be good, i would go out of my way to fly them. But now i avoid them even if it means taking a connector flight. Seats have shrunk, employee attitude sucks, customer service is an oxymoron, no staffing at counters in destination cities, aeroplan points are worthless and now this year you gotta pay to use eupgrades? Im done. Did a gold status match to Delta and Westjet and now flying airlines who appreciate my business with unlimited free upgrades when space available.
