By far the worse airline out there!!! I travel often and usually on economy class, so I don't expect the highest level of comfort and service on my flights. however, there is a basic level of professionalism one expects on any business. I wasn't overwhelmed with the in flight service, but it was fair. What blew me away was the incompetence of the customer service staff. It took 5 hours and several representatives to solve an issue that the last person resolved in five minutes (not a supervisor). On top of that I got attitude from a couple of them, and as if that was not enough they double charged my credit card and couldn't find the transaction to return the money to my account. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AIR CANADA!!! Trust me I travel a lot and I am not picky or an A. hole... this was really bad service>
