Norwegian review by Matt 2015-06-22

Flew 787 from JFK to Gatwick. Returned from Stockholm to JFK, also on 787. Check in at JFK was very long. I think everyone decided to arrive at the same time. Had to wait in line 1 hr to check in; no kiosks or check-in efficiency of any kind. They had 2-3 agents for 250 people. The flight was very comfortable. The 787 was a "dream" Delayed 2 hrs leaving JFK but I don't think it was Norwegian's fault (JFK has closed runway and all flights were delayed) Economy seat was comfortable. Im 6' and had no issues. IFE was much better than any other airline I've flown transatlantic (Iberia, AA, Lufthansa) Great selection of movies and music. Snack bar items were delivery promptly. Food was average to London, much better returning. If you don't pre-order a meal, you don't get any food or drinks, not even water. Must order from snack bar on IFE. Flight attendants looked like they were all 20 years old, had a very relaxed attitude, like if something went wrong I feel like they wouldn't know what the hell to do. Overall, flight was very good. Definitely has a feel of a younger, relaxed airline. Nothing like the legacy carriers. I would fly again without hesitation
