Austrian Airlines review by FATIMA 2015-12-06

Austrian Airlines is without a doubt one of the best airlines. I said that because I Flew from Miami to Austria on November 11th 201 Flight UA9854. I wanted to test how the in board service level was going to be. I travelled in the economy class. So, I pressed the botton calling the stwardess, less then a minute she came with a smile, asked me how could she help me? With a smile I said Im so sorry I don't need anything. She smiling said if you need anything just call me! During the flight I observed how kind and good the Stewardess and Steward was. They always had an smile to the passengers, always taking care to the flight be comfortable and pleasurable. I want to share with you that the design of the aircraft cabin conveys a very pleasant atmosphere. On the checking in counter I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The Departure was on time.The boarding of the aircraft was very well organized. Cabin very clean. Seat incredible comfortable. Seat has sufficient space distance to the front seat. The size of the meal was just perfect yummy food, great selection of juices, soft drinks, wine and beer. Felt so cozy and safe, Austrian Airlines CONGRATULATIONS YOU RULES WOOOOOOOW!!!!
