The baggage check in lady tagged my bags with the wrong persons name, and sent my bags to australia, when i went to El Salvador. Then when boarding the plane, my ticket wasn't scanning correctly. After a few minutes of printing new tickets, and pointing out that someone else's name was on my baggage claim ticket, the lady told me to just go ahead because i was holding up the line. She assured me that my bag was on the plane. Well it wasn't, and I had 6 of my 9 days without my bag. Clothes, skateboards, toiletries, and money. Hands down the worst service from an airline. Luckily, someone let me use their international phone there, and I called delta myself and got them to find my bag. The man in the office in el salvador didn't really know what to do. I understand he was following his proper orders, but it was in efficient and wasteful. I would NEVER want to use their service again. The flight wasn't bad in itself. They played the same movie both directions, and the ham and cheese sandwich was less than appetizing. But thats what I've come to expect from airlines, unless you pay for it.
