Economy Class

We arrived at Gatwick on Saturday the 24/9/16 for the Palma De Mallorca flight 18:15. On checking in we were told the flight had been cancelled & to contact The Norwegian Representative. There was no representative at Gatwick. I had to Phone them instead & all they could offer was a flight out on Monday 26/9/16. This was no good to us as we were going on holiday & had accomodation booked. We then had to go to another airline Monach. who were unidated with new bookings from fellow passengers. None of our holiday firms were aware of this cancellation. To add insult to injury the return flight on 1/10/16 22:10 was delayed by 40 minutes, but this extended to nearly 2 hours, with no explanation. I will be looking for reimbursment of all my travel expences. The sevice provided by Norwegian Air was regretably very poor. This was our 1st & last time flying with Norwegian airlines . Would not wish our experiance on other passengers.
