Air India review by Yash 2015-11-18

I have flown with Air India for many times and always received a wonderful service. My latest Mumbai- London (AI 131) flight was no exception. Check-in was smooth and as a student traveller I got plenty of extra weight. The ground staff was cheerful. As per my request, I was given front row seat and window. There is a lot of scope of improvement in food and beverage selection. Seats are way more comfortable than other airlines. I was suffering with cold and the flight attendant helped me time to time and also gave me some medicine which helped me. While landing, I had quiet interesting conversation with another air hostess. Flight was on time and luggage came quickly. It was a good flight.
