We recently travelled from San Francisco to Auckland on an overnight flight. Economy class. we don't believe we have travelled anywhere where the space between the seats was so small. You maximised the amount of seats, making it very uncomfortable. We wereOffered water through the night only once and the meal was very poor. Compared to other airlines Air NZ is not up to standard and would not choose Air NZ again, which is a pity. Use to be a very good airline.
