I was once a loyal JetBlue customer, but no longer. I will not bore you with the long, ugly story, but I have been at my gate for 8.5 hours and it will be another 2 hours before my flight arrives. After a delay on my original flight and being moved to another, the original flight is already at my final destination and the new flight is getting delayed by the hour. As it nears midnight, I asked the agent if they would just put me in a hotel and try again tomorrow. The answer was a snappy "no" And because the lousy traveler insurance they sold me is only good if the flight is cancelled, I am forced to sit here through the night waiting on a flight. JetBlue used to be a better airline than this. Sad to see it turn for the worst.
