Flew Norwegian Airlines from Edinburgh to Tenerife South on Sat 10th September. The online check-in was totally pointless as we had to queue for nearly an hour just to hand in our bags and get a boarding pass - only 2 desks open for the entire time and the queue was huge! The flight took off 30 minutes late and the stewards on the plane were the worst I have ever come across - rude and not pleasant at all!! The return flight, however, on Sat 24th was the total opposite. Only 2 check-in desks open when we first arrived but within 10 min, another 3 had been opened. Flew through check-in in no time at all. Flight left on time and staff on the flight were fantastic - very friendly and smiling - made the flight far more pleasant! Didn't use the in-flight entertainment and only bought drinks on the flight - no issues there at all. Only thing that bugged us was no wi-fi - was told because the plane was so new!!! My husband normally complains about leg room but that was OK and the seats were comfortable. We have booked with them again for next year, only really because they are a hell of a lot cheaper than others and they are not RyanAir!!!!
