As a Flying Blue Gold member you may check an additional bag for no extra charge. I booked my flight from Air France website and planned on checking 2 bags in. The flight was operated by Delta, and they wouldn't allow me to check the other bag at no extra charge! So they charged me for the extra bag despite being a Flying Blue Gold member! So my question is: why would you partner with airlines who wouldn't give the same benefits to Sky Team members? It doesn't make any sense at all!!
