LHR - SFO, october 7, B777, Departure 14:10, Economy class. A lot of people write negative reviews on UA. This flight was absolutely top quality. It can be hard to endure an 11 hrs flight. The seats were fine for normal sized people. The inflight entertainment system top quality, screens rather small, but the screen and sound quality perfect, and a lot of films to choose from. Meal service on top as well, plentiful meal at departure and nice hot sandwich before arrival. You don't find a better economy long-haul product than this one EDITORS COMMENT: great to hear some positive feedback .
