Worst experience ever! Checked in online and was advised that "bags drop" opens 2 hours prior. At Schiphol airport, we had to queue in a single line; no separate lanes for individual flights or for those who only needed to drop off bags. KLM staff didn't manage the queue by departure time and did not honour the luggage allowances, more waiting for a cashier, causing delays and us missing our flights. Not once, KLM staff offered assistance when asked for. KLM simply doesn't care.
