I took a flight from Malaga to london and I didn't have access to a printer or wifi. Both my partner and 3 year old daughter were unwell which was stressful enough without encountering the rude and unhelpful staff of Ryan air. Then To my shock I was penalised by being charged 45 euros to print my boarding cards. How can an airline justify doing this? I will never fly with Ryan air again. Are staff given extra Bonuses for extracting money from travellers in this way
