Air New Zealand Ground Staff at Melbourne International Airport. While this was a self service environment, the staff were friendly and efficient. Special mention to Jason who went out of his way to link seats where 2 children were seated separate from the group of 5 travelling on flight NZ126 Melbourne to Auckland 6:35 pm Thursday 20th 2017.
