United Airlines review by Ashlea 2017-06-02

Warning!!!! Their united App is broken!!!! If you try to purchase a ticket for your minor child it will put your name on it regardless of what you put for traveler info and your child will not be able to get on the Flight. The attendants at the desk were rude and not helpful. Needless to say we missed our flight. I was not leaving without my Son!!!! No apology nothing!!! United needs to be done away with!!! Furthermore, I was charged to check his bag, which should have been free as once of the few perks of being a united card holder. Also, the seats we were given upon rebooking were inferior tothe origional ones purchased.
