Mysterious charges that show up under "options" and don't appear until the final stage of checkout - even the customer service representative didn't know what they were. "Discount Den" membership that costs $50 per year and when you go to book a "Discount Den" flight, they are all "sold out". Misleading e-mails (downright lies) that offer flights at $19, then you must first joint "discount Den" and then the $19 flights are all "sold out". Hours waiting for customer Service on the phone and then they are useless. Nickel and diming you at every step of the process. Fly Southwest instead - same eventual prices and not of the crap.
