Economy Class

Delayed luggage, nearly 3 days, put a claim in as we had to buy a few things to get by, then on our return from Norwich to Barcelona we were charged excess luggage . KLM quoted me a condition in the small print that I had to make the claim with in 21 days.... have you seen how many terms and conditions there are, hello I was away for 6 weeks ..how the hell was I supposed to do that. What happened to customer service I do not know. All about the money ....to bad once they have got it. I will never fly with KLM again.
