I have flown Air China from sydney to shanghai approximately 5 times per year for the last 10 years. I have flown Air china to europe on several occasions. I have no major complaints. I consider it value for money. The new lounge at shanghai is world class The IFE is lacking in content for english movies The last trip we were bussed out to the aircraft in shanghai. I have two trips to make in the next two months and it appears they have cancelled business class on CA 175 and CA 176
