recent trip from Townsville to Melbourne with a stop over at Brisbane...explained at the gate I was unable to use the stairs and was told to feel free to board at the front of the plane using walkway.....different story at Brisbane....very rude person at gate check-in told me I should have made myself known to them earlier......was no announcement for people who have problems to board earlier......she needs and attitude adjustment...I was not the only one she was rude too .........cabin crew were excellent and understanding why I had to board from the front
