Philippine Airlines review by heide 2015-11-22

I have used this airline when I came back to London with my son last September. my son was less than two years old so he is supposed to be on lap, when we borded the plane I realised how hard it is for us to be sitting in just one chair but I did not do a request for a transfer. However, the lady staff was very kind enough to check if there are any 2 seat available and we were transfered there. I was very thankful as we do not have to endure the hard time of having a child sitted on my lap for a 13 hours. This act of kindness has made my son's travel more comfortable for having his own sit even if we did not pay for it. Thank you PAL for training your staffs well and for the kindness and understanding of all the staff's during our flight. Also, I am satisfied with the amount of money I have paid for this flight. It may not be very cheap but fair enough as it is a direct flight, therefore travel time is shorter than 20 hours.
