On Air its a good airline,pilots are great , cabin crew really friendly and nice but still a lousy way to fly because it is configured into 3-3 all economy seat class airline without individual tv screen monitor, other airlines are upgrading while Pal seems to downgrading it..Palm face to the CEO of pal for neglecting it.but i will rate you 7 because the awesome of the cabin attendant service.
