Flights are cheap so you can expect the worst and hope for the best. In my case they recently had an internal strike and I was not allowed to check in bags. At the airport I was given false information on refund options, I contacted them via live chat and they said they would e-mail me but never acknowledged the claim. Again, be prepared because they are full of unpleasant surprises.
