Delta Air Lines review by Natasha 2017-03-01

This was the worst flight I have taken ever! On the way to lax the entertainment system was not working the whole 6.5 hours and the way back to NYC the flight was already delayed and we got even more delayed in the air because we couldn't land at JFK and therefore we landed at Newark because the pilot was afraid they were going to run out of fuel. Now that we are at Newark, they wouldnt tell us what was happening which is terrifying. This is so unprofessional and disappointing. I have severe anxiety and flying triggers it and the thought of taking off and landing again makes me feel sick. For this reason, I never have layovers. And I was told that I can't even get my bag delivered to my place since i don't live close to JFK and I don't have time to go all the way to JFK and spend $80 both way just to pick up my bag since I am a full time student and I work. This is so unacceptable. I would expect shipping my bag back to my place would be a given since this flight has caused me such an incovenience.
