Spirit Airlines review by David 2015-09-11

Flight canceled in Costa Rice on return to USA. But they did put us on the next Spirit flight.....six days later. There was some dust in the air from a volcano in the south of the country and two of the four canceled flights at the San Jose airport that day were Spirit. Did they send a rescue jet for the marooned passengers or put you on carriers that were actually flying? No, they saved the cost of two round trip flights and did not compensate one cent. Spirit is NOT an international airline!!! Beware.
