Horrible management of luggage drop procedure, rude staff, no signs about how early you are allowed to check in. Results in every 5th-15th passenger being sent to the end of a huge queue. Kills 5 hours of time tfrom dropping off luggage to getting to the gate (forget the duty free, no time for it). Regularly fly between London and Moscow from Gatwick airport. Lower fares are not low enough for the complete lack of normal efficient service.
