Economy Class

My wife and I are both disabled with limited income, so we comparison shop. I seen Frontier had a good price so I purchased the tickets. When I printed the tickets they had changed the dates. I contacted customer "no service" for help, and after 45 mins on phone he corrected the flight and informed me of price change from 246 to 441. We had important court date so I agreed. Upon printing tickets the price was 656. So I contacted customer "no service" very rude, said could not help and will call back never called back. got to check in and charged us for small check in bag. told us have to pay or find other travel arrangements. Same thing in Denver but had to pay for CARRY ON. Got to gate and was delayed because no flight crew. Both flights on get cup of water. VERY POOR customer service Contacted customer "no service" after 48 mins connected me to travel agent WTF!!! I will NEVER EVER fly frontier again. going to contact BBB, and Consumer Affairs and report this. Going to let everyone know how bad this airline is.
