Aeromexico review by Flor 2015-08-06

This airline was very disappointing,I traveled from Mexico city to Jfk yesterday.I asked to be seated with my daughter since she's only 7 years old the flight attendant said they could not do nothing since the plane was full but I saw a couple of seats empty she said to ask the person next to me if they were willing to trade and of course I asked, he accepted to trade seats even thou he wanted the aisle seat.When the flight attendant came back she asked the man who traded sats with me that he could sit by the exit that had 3 empty seats after I has asked her to sit with my child! The plane was satisfying but the staff are socially selective they were not as attent either if you want to fly with good staff I suggest interjet this airline has good planes but very bad staff. EDITORS COMMENT: Children CAN NOT sit in the Emergency exits - this is why you were not offered these seats. The gentleman that swapped with you was moved there by the staff as a way of thanking him for helping out his fellow passengers.
