China Southern review by Monika 2015-11-19

Flight arrived china airport in early hours of the morning and everywhere closed, no where to get refreshment for several hours, by then it was time to get on a stinky over crowded bus to the plane and climb up metal make shift steps to get onto the plane. Staff with poor or no English. Warm 'cold' drinks, inedible food. Plane seat dirty, window dirty. Down side of seat FILTHY. Toilet stunk, needed cleaning. Cabin crew looked fed up and untidy. Trip was consistently bad from Australia to London and back. Baggage weigh in at Sydney 30kilos no prob, then coming back from London to Sydney I was told no case was too heavy.. Under 28kilos only.. Had to buy a bag at airport and split case after I had paid for my case to be cling wrapped at airport for safety.. What a carry on.. Would never again use or recommend this airline.
