Apparently reviews about delays and lost baggage wont be published so I best say no more. But apart from that I waited for an hour (with 3 children) in a long queue to be boarded, joyous! The staff were really grumpy and unhelpful but they grew suddenly happy trying to sell things on board. Never again!
