This airline was the worst experience I've ever had. Every single employee was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I missed my connecting flight because my first was delayed and they rescheduled me with a nine hour layover the next day and refused to let me change it. My baggage didn't arrive when it was supposed to and no agent was there to help me find it for an hour. Every agent in almost every situation told me they didn't know how to help me or couldn't. Never flying with frontier again. Literally so incredibly bad. Not happy.
