Hot towels pre-departure and before landing. Brilliant. Menus - excellent Socks and toothbrush on long night flight and quality blanket. Very good Amenities supplied in loos and constant cleaning. Very, very good. Staff kind, caring and very pleasant - both sectors. And immaculately presented. Movies, delightfully surprised at quality. Two criticisms, poor quality earplugs, entertainment. Hot dish ex Melbourne, surprisingly poor and average ex Singapore. I will not be flying Malaysian again. Please keep up the good work.
