Absolutely a joke. Avoid this airlines under any cost. I was going to Vancouver from JFK. They forwarded my luggage to Manila on their own. Didn't have soap in the W.C.. The food was crappy. The seats were very, very uncomfortable. It was cheap, yes, but avoid it if you want your items and comfort.
