Flew from Bogota to Mexico City overnight. Flight was delayed, but just around an hour. Business class slight were really from the last century. Just slightly reclining, no footrest, no entertainment system - no service to speak of. Getting some relaxing sleep impossible. After arriving in Mexico and waiting for the luggage for 2h, which didn't arrive, ground service was also poor. Will not fly AeroMexico again!
