Jetstar did cancel the flight 3K 724 on 10 JUL 2014 due to weather reason on the route Osaka-Taipei-Singapore, when there was no weather reason at all. All other airlines did fly on this day on these routes without any problem. They offer no help at all to me, and they kept all the money I paid, as they tell untruthy that there was a cancellation due to a weather isuue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE!!!!
