Warning to travellers with excess baggage. You need a registered email to purchase pre-paid baggage online. If you have booked through a travel agent they may not have registered your email address. I got caught by this and had to pay $14 per kg at check-in instead of paying much less to purchase online. The manager at the Vietnam Airways counter handled this appallingly and it was a terrible experience.
