Baggage delay and no one in the call centre having any idea what's going on. Had 3 employees lie about someone calling back. Even after repeated "promise and assurance that my supervisor will call." 3 days later, only 1 of 2 bags have been returned. I literally paid Air Canada to lose my baggage. I could have done that for free!
