I had not flown with Westjet for many years and tryed them for a flight after Easter weekend in Canada. Although there were delays due to mechanical issues my complaint is their complete lack of professionalism and customer service when dealing with these issues. Their customer service reps are flippant, and downright rude. I tried this airline out after many years of flying with the competition and my experiences with their staff have sent me right back to the competition. Unfortunately due to their lack of professionalism I will not make the mistake of flying with them again
