I had a horrible experience with Indigo today. My parents missed the Indigo flight today because of unconcerned staff from airport and Indigo. Although my parents were in the airport 1.35Hrs earlier than the scheduled departure, it took so much time for them to reach the gate that they missed the flight. The reason for the delay was rush and misguiding by the airport staff. After missing the flight, indigo gave me a option to accomodate in next days flight if I pay differential cost plus other charges. But this differential cost plus charges was actually more than the fresh ticket cost itself for the same flight. Indigo employee and the supervisor said, this is what you can take if you like. I will try to avoif Indigo in my future travels for me and my family members. This is a careless airlines service.
