AirAsia X review by Justin 2015-02-11

I have booked flight from Kochi to Bangalore and booking number is LEM3PD. The night before my travel i got in to unavoidable situation where i need to postponed the ticket. I have tried several time to login to the site but i couldnt and the call center support was not available after 9 pm which says that no support till next day morning. I reached call center team morning itself and explained my situation. They even doesn't bother to listen my problems instead they want to say the terms and condition. Down to line i lost my money just because thier terms and condition that i should have reached them before 4 hours and truth was none of the service was available before 4 hours. So be careful and stay away from Air asia . The staff who done tons of help by giving service are Jayashree and Adhya...
