Flew 02/09/14 Vancouver-London Heathrow in the new High-Density 777-300ER. The business class "studio pod" is TERRIBLE- narrow, short and ridiculously sized and shaped. When it turns into a bed, your body is in a narrow coffin-like box that is too short in length, so you can't sleep. I chose this class because I am very tall. A total waste of money. It's even worse for economy passengers with TEN-abreast seating - something I would not want to experience on a long-haul flight. Avoid this aircraft AT ALL COSTS. Sadly, Air Canada is adding seats to all its 777-300ER fleet to increase profits and rob passengers of much-needed space. With the 777-300ER seating increased from 349 to a whopping 458 seats, you'll be packed in like a sardine. Complaining to Air Canada afterwards gets you nowhere. They were once a great airline and they are now one of the worst. Verdict: never again.
