Well there is nothing to complain about... considering that I had a long haul flight (SYD DXB) which seemed to be endless but turned out to be quite pleasant thanks to the crew that was available and kind. Then, I don't get why some people are complaining: just compare it with other airlines and I can guarantee you that youll change yr mind about it. Let's take qantas for istance... as far as I am concerned it is overrated and in some cases it shouldnt even be in the top 50.
