I was most disappointed with the fact that my hand bag was weighed and I was charged £40 as a result. I have travelled with numerous airlines and so far I have never been asked to weigh my hand bag and carry on. This is why I would not travel with this airline again. The flight was pleasant but they must improve the way they go about weighing and dictating that you can't have more than 20 kg to a bag. This caused a lot of problems for other passengers at the check in and so much time was spent getting passengers to take out stuff so they can be exactly at 20 kg with little flexibility. When I travel to New York especially I want to shop and I don't want to fly on an airline that weighs my hand bag so I am back to my regular airlines.
