JFK to Mexico City with a connection to Puerto Vallarta. Booked in October for February. Had confirmation and seat numbers. They sai no, you arent booked. We showed e them all documents and the said too bad you aren't on this plane. Finally put us standby. Refused us boarding passes for connecting flight ans would not send luggage through to PV. We had to wait for luggage in Mexico City and go through regular And, finally when we tried to get boarding passes they said again, no spots for us. Fourteen hours on the floor in Mexico City. The JFK Agents were horrible and rude. Never again. I will gladly pay more for a responsible airline.
