Very bad experience... Flying from Mumbai to Kuala lumpur. First flight delays by 2 hours due to technical problem while coming from KL. And than 1 hour After takeoff from mumbai airport flight returned back to Mumbai airport due to some technical issues with air conditioning of air craft. There is no arrangement for passengers sitting in waiting area after flight grounded off. For 4 hours there is no one to provide proper updates of flight and no one to give at least water to the passenger. Very bad hospitality from malindo airlines staff.
