When travelling to the states, our first BA flight from Cork Airport to London Heathrow was delayed, meaning that we would miss our connecting flight to Baltimore. However, after going to the BA helpdesk, we were offered a later flight with Virgin Airways to Baltimore, free of charge, which was very helpful. Im so grateful for the help amd pur bags arrived on time in Baltimore too. Good experience overall.
