I'm a frequent flyer. My first time with Singapore airline shocked me. The rudeness of their service is appalling. To start with, maybe a smile will help but instead of being friendly this steward insist of being offensive, I can understand he's being treated badly by a couple of Japanese in front of me. It may just be a language barrier. So this jerk choose to deal with this experience by being rude to everyone in the vicinity. I wish I got his name. He should be fired!
