Received email from Malindo on 23rd Aug'15 that the flight from KL-KTM was retimed fm 1855 to 1330. I've called in to inform that my ticket is from SIN-KTM via KL. Why hv u not adjusted the SIN flt. The reply was tt they do not hv same day connection flight. The ans given was stay the night b4 or take a full refund. As i hv commitments paid in KTM, i decided to book another flt in the morning. Today (24th) they sent another email stating that the flt on 7th Sept is changed to 9th Sept. This is an impossible airline! No one shd fly on Malindo! The refund is 90 days! As a frequent flyer, Malindo Air is the most unprofessional airline.
